The Future of Proceedings

During the 2010 Boston ADASS, in a public session, the ADASS community voted that we continue with printed proceedings. Our proceedings publisher (ASP) is already giving us Open Access. Now, in 2019, we should revisit this question on what level we continue to publish the results of the conference. A full spectrum of options (Paper copy, e-Proceedings, arXiv, nothing) will be on the floor and after a discussion we hope to get a head count on each of the options to guide us how to proceed for 2020 and beyond.
